At Nuts n Nuts UK Ltd, we know you want your favourite nuts, dried fruits and snacks delivered quickly and safely. We carefully pack every order and aim to dispatch it as quickly as possible.

Standard UK Delivery

Our standard delivery service is available across the UK.

• Delivery time: Estimated 2–4 working days
• Delivery charge: £4.99 for orders below £70
• FREE delivery: On orders of £70 or more
• Dispatch days: Monday to Friday
• Order cut-off: Place your order before 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday, for the best chance of same-day dispatch.

Orders placed after the 1:00 PM cut-off will normally be processed on the next working day.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weekends, bank holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Cut-Off Times

Monday–Thursday

• Orders placed before 1:00 PM → We aim to dispatch the same working day.
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM → Normally processed on the next working day.

Friday

• Orders placed before 1:00 PM → We aim to dispatch the same working day.
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM → Normally processed on the next working day, with delivery continuing on the next available working day.

Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays

• Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.

We always do our best to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible.

Need Your Order Urgently?

Our Same-Day Delivery service is coming soon.

We are currently working on introducing a faster same-day delivery option for customers who need their orders urgently. This service is not currently available as a standard checkout option, but we expect to introduce it soon.

If you have an urgent requirement, please contact our customer support team before placing your order. Where possible, we will do our best to assist with your request.

For urgent orders, we recommend contacting us as early as possible, preferably before 2:00 PM, so our team can check whether an expedited delivery arrangement may be possible.

Same-day or expedited delivery requests are subject to availability, location, order size and courier capacity and cannot currently be guaranteed.

Delivery Updates & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide delivery information or tracking details where available.

Please make sure that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. This helps us and our delivery partners get your order to you without unnecessary delays.

Bank Holidays & Exceptional Delays

Our normal working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery times may be extended during bank holidays, Christmas and other peak periods. Courier delays, severe weather, industrial action and other events outside our control may also affect delivery times.

If a bank holiday falls on a Monday, orders that would normally be processed or delivered on that day will move to the next available working day.
